This summer has already seen some epic movies. Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man and Kung Fu Panda rank amongst our absolute favorite blockbusters this summer. Wait, did we just say Kung Fu Panda? Sorry, we meant to say Sex and the City. Anywho, there is still one flick waiting to drop and when it does, the response is going to be phenomenal. That’s right, we’re talking about the highly anticipated Illegal Use of Hands.
So, how do you know when it’s time to start on a diet? Well, you could hop on a scale or visit the doctor or take your shirt off in public and see how many people point and giggle OR you can hop on skateboard, attempt to drop into a halfpipe and if the wood smashes underneath your fallen body then it’s time to lay off the Twinkies. After all, those ramps should be able to support the weight of a stoner following a 50-foot freefall.
This is why all WWE reporting should
be left to Todd Grisham
If you thought that pro wrestling fans were some of the most gullible people on the face of the planet, just get a load of how gullible pro wrestling reporters are. After Vince McMahon was “injured” during a freak “accident” in the final moments of Monday’s episode of RAW in Houston, the KHOU.com staff jumped all over the story with such zeal that they forgot wrestling isn’t real. Oops.
WWE Chairman Vince McMahon was injured in a freak accident in San Antonio Monday night.
Just moments after giving away $500,000 in “McMahon’s Million Dollar Mania,” McMahon was crushed by a large electric sign that fell from the AT&T Center.
The extent of his injuries was unclear, but he was rushed to the hospital.
WrestleMania officials planned to update fans on McMahon’s condition at a press conference in Houston Tuesday.
WWE stars were scheduled to be on hand at the Toyota Center before filming SmackDown and ECW at the arena.
KHOU.com later reported that possible foul play was at hand with the stage collapse, naming Donald Trump, Stone Cold Steve Austin and Bret Hart as prime suspects.
And while we’re on the subject of fighting, here’s a video we found displaying why you should never bring your kid brother to a throw down. Warning: Get out the earmuffs for the youngsters before watching.
The modern treadmill we all know and love detest has been in existence for at least 25 years now, but, for some strange reason, people simply can not wrap their heads around the idea that the machine is always going to be faster than they are.
We love MMA. After all, there is nothing better than watching a fight and anticipating that special moment when one grown man delivers a vicious knockout blow to another grown man. Check that, we just found something better: kid KOs.
If you want to see a smaller, yet equally shocking, version of the accident you just witnessed then buy your kiddos one of these and take the first step toward getting `em those stitches they’ve always been wanting.
The hungry actor over at The Hungry Actor is an MMA fan and he’s got one very difficult question for all you UFC fans out there: What is Your Favorite Knockout?
Whew! Tough choice, but our vote is split between the opening elbow smashing crucifixion or the furious hands of the vicious Vitor Belfour. While we know this video is dedicated to UFC KOs, we’d still like to throw this devastating blow into the competition.
Marcus Vick was arrested early Thursday morning in Norfolk after taking police on a brief chase. Once the former Virginia Tech miscreant was captured, he was charged with driving under the influence and received citations for driving on the wrong side of the road, reckless driving, eluding police and driving on a suspended license before posting bond. And it all started over an argument with his ol’ lady.
According to the police report, a uniformed bicycle patrol officer saw Vick and Cordon sitting in a vehicle in the 200 block on Granby Street, having an apparent altercation. When the officer approached and asked Vick for his license, Vick fled the scene at a high rate of speed, police spokesman Chris Amos said. A description of the vehicle was broadcast, and Vick was pulled over a few minutes later.
