Before Zaza Pachulia got decimated by a Kevin Garnett pick during Boston’s Game 7 blowout, he was already a little loopy in the head. Following Atlanta’s home win in Game 6, Zaza did his best Ivan Drago impression for the crowd.
After getting pounded in Game 7, Pachulia was overhead saying, “He is not human, he is a piece of iron” about Garnett.

Charles Barkley made an entire career out of being ridiculous and saying some of the most outlandish things on TNT’s “Inside the NBA.” But last night, in front of his boy Dwyane Wade, the Chuckster finally went too far.

We’re not big fans of open wheel racing, but we’re amazed by the crashes. The engineering of these cars must be a painstaking process because there is absolutely no way someone should be able to walk away from a wreck of this magnitude.

Well, not actually, by our accounts the jocks usually pound the geeks into submission rather easily, then steal their lunch money, break their glasses and spit in their pocket protectors. At least that’s what we’ve heard. It’s not like we used to get picked on in school or had our underwear pulled over our head by the football team captain in what will live in legend forever as the “Weggie from Hell.” Okay, so maybe that was us and we still live the nightmare of being pinned to the floor and receiving a broomstick shocker from the entire wrestling team; big deal! The point is, we coulda been friends, you muscleheads!
Puerto Rico isn’t exactly a powerhouse when it comes to soccer – at least, not according to Wikipedia – but that didn’t keep Joel Pineiro from showing off a little futbol move while getting an out in St. Louis’ 6-2 victory over Pittsburgh last Thursday.
