It looks like Joe Horn got his way. Jim Mora Jr was fined for using a cell phone to figure out playoff possibilities during the Tampa Bay Bucs game. It seems to me that if he’d done his homework before the game, he wouldn’t look like such a moron and he wouldn’t be 25 grand lighter in the wallet.
